Integral protection, built to measure
Petrosecur develops and integrates high-security solutions for homes, companies, family offices, hospitality and private facilities. Every project combines physical protection, electronic control, architectural integration and specialist execution. No element is treated as a loose component: a door is worth what its frame, its anchors and the structure behind it are worth.
01 · Security safes
Tailored protection, design and technology
The range is built for projects where protection has to live alongside a considered aesthetic. The technical documentation covers Grade III and Grade IV configurations to UNE EN 1143-1, plus EN 1300 Class B certified locks depending on configuration. The door carries twelve rotating bolts and a re-locking system.
- Certified protection at the contracted grade
- Configured around intended use and available space
- Full customisation: exterior colour, finishes, woods and interiors
- Specific layouts for jewellery, watches or documents
02 · Private custody
Custody space with privacy and control
Private facilities for clients who need an independent, organised solution for valuables, documents and objects of value. The layout separates circulation, identification, access and custody, reducing interference between users. The service can be delivered in our own facilities or in those of Petrosecur Group security partners.
- Modular compartments and scalable configurations
- User zoning and restricted areas
- Access control and traceability as the project requires
- Private attention and opening rooms
03 · Vaults
The envelope of maximum protection
A vault is not a stand-alone element but a complete envelope: walls, floor, ceiling, door, technical penetrations and auxiliary elements are sized together. Construction uses armoured panels joined by tongue-and-groove and welding into a monolithic structure, alone or combined with reinforced concrete.
- Panels on walls, floor and ceiling, joined in continuity
- Armoured door at the grade the envelope demands, to EN 1143-1
- Emergency hatch and security grille as project options
- Protected ventilation grilles and wall penetrations for services
04 · Panic rooms
Immediate protection built into the architecture
Safe rooms with immediate access inside homes, villas, offices and private facilities. Each project starts from the existing space and the occupancy time considered. Where the project calls for it, the door is concealed or integrated into joinery, cladding and furniture, so the building never announces it.
- Reinforced or armoured access, concealed or visible
- Access control, communications and video surveillance
- Intrusion detection and emergency lighting
- Ventilation according to the defined scope
05 · Armoured doors
The access point as part of the system
The door is one of the critical elements of any high-security enclosure. Selection follows required resistance, opening dimensions, supporting structure, frequency of use and architectural integration. The range includes grades to EN 1143-1 depending on model, plus blast-resistant and gas-tight solutions.
- Certified mechanical or electronic locks
- Multiple bolts and anti-extraction protection
- Emergency access options
- Installation studied together with frame, anchors, civil works and finishes
06 · Security shutters
Perimeter protection without giving up design
They reinforce large openings, entrances and window walls while keeping a clean fit with the architecture. They are designed around dimensions, frequency of use, required automation and site conditions. Particular care goes into boxes, guides and finishes so the system disappears when retracted.
- High-resistance closures sized for large openings
- Motorisation with local or remote control
- Integration with alarm and building automation
- Discreet finishes for residential and corporate projects
07 · Control centre
Unified supervision of every system
It concentrates information from the different subsystems into a coordinated view of the installation. Interface and operator positions are defined by the number of cameras, zones, users, events and procedures. The integration is designed to scale, so new zones or devices can be added as the project grows.
- IP video surveillance and multi-zone display
- Event and alarm management
- Access and user control
- Secure communications and response procedures
One project: design, execution and integration
The process begins with needs definition, site analysis and coordination with architecture, engineering and construction. Execution coordinates supply, installation, auxiliary works, technology integration, testing and commissioning, controlling the interfaces between doors, structures, enclosures, electrical works, communications, access control, video surveillance and automation.
- 01 Needs analysis and scope definition
- 02 Engineering and architectural coordination
- 03 Specialist supply and installation
- 04 Integration of physical and electronic security
- 05 Functional testing and commissioning
- 06 Maintenance and support per project
